Do you have a serious interest in becoming a distributor of our products? Have you installed one of our software products and reviewed many of its features? Have sufficient understanding of computer operating systems to configure customer specific requirements into an affordable POS system.  Willing to sign a Distributor License Agreement * with Shopkeeper Inc. If your response is "yes" to all the above,  we offer generous compensation  to sell and support our products. * Distributor License Agreement: This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you, the distributor, and Shopkeeper Inc. The Distributor shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Shopkeeper Inc. products or documentation. Limitation of Liability: In no event will Shopkeeper Inc. be liable for damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products, however caused, and on any  theory of liability.
